Flexibility is the ability to stretch and move your joints. To be able to bend easily without breaking. To improve your flexibility you can stretch more everyday. You can do certain activities to improve your flexibility such as yoga.

A test we take in gym that refers to flexibility is the back save sit and reach and also the trunk lift. These two tests refer to flexibility because you have to stretch your muscles by reaching to you feet and by stretching your back.
