Body Compostion is how healthy your body is and how fat your body is. There are not any activities for body composition but there are many ways to measure it. You can use a scale and a ruler that wraps around your stomach. By measuring your weight and fat around you, you can get your BMI results, which shows how much you weigh and if your body is healthy or at risk. In gym we use the scale to calculate our body fat and our BMI.
