All About Muscular Strength
Muscular strength is a component of fitness that helps you get stronger and gain muscle. Its very different from muscular endurance. Muscular endurance would be how many reps of an excersise you do. The excersise is considered muscular strength as long as you don't experience muscular fatigue before 8 reps.
You can improve your muscular strength by trying to lift heavier weights. You can bench press 3 reps of 50 pounds. Then you can increase to 3 reps of 55 pounds. You will get stronger like that. You can do anything, bench press, dumbbell curls, barbell curls, any strength building excersise as long as its under 8 reps.
