Muscular Endurance is the ability to is the ability of a muscle or group of muscles to sustain repeated contractions against a resistance for an extended period of time. An exercise is considered muscular endurance when you do repetitions more than 10. Push ups and sit ups are exercises that practice your muscular endurance.
To test our muscular endurance in our gym glass we do push-ups & sit-ups. These test refer to muscular endurance because you are trying to do as many as possible. ~Sam Harrison~
